1. Definitions
- "Rapigo" refers to the mobile application and services provided.
- "User" refers to any individual using Rapigo for booking rides.
- "Driver" refers to registered individuals providing ride services.
- "Service" refers to transportation services facilitated through the app.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Rapigo.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
- Users must not engage in illegal, abusive, or harmful behavior towards drivers or other users.
- Users must ensure their personal belongings' safety during rides; Rapigo is not liable for lost items.
4. Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers must maintain valid licenses, vehicle registration, and insurance.
- Drivers must ensure their vehicles are in a safe and roadworthy condition.
- Drivers must adhere to all local transport laws and treat users with respect.
5. Payments & Fees
- Users agree to pay the fare as calculated by the app at the time of booking.
- Additional charges may apply for cancellations, waiting time, or peak-hour rides.
- Payments are processed via [UPI, Wallets, Debit/Credit Cards, or Cash].
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Users can cancel a ride before the driver reaches the pickup location; cancellation fees may apply.
- No refunds are issued once a ride has commenced.
- Refund requests due to disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Impersonation, fraud, or providing false information.
- Abusive behavior, harassment, or discrimination.
- Using the service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
8. Liability Disclaimer
- Rapigo acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for delays, accidents, or misconduct by drivers.
- We do not guarantee ride availability at all times.
- Users agree to use Rapigo at their own risk.
9. Privacy Policy
- We collect and process user data as per our Privacy Policy.
- Data may be shared with third-party payment providers and legal authorities if required.
10. Termination & Account Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
- Users may request account deletion via app settings.
11. Amendments to Terms
- Rapigo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
